HARRISBURG – Joy Griffith, age 65, of Harrisburg, IL, and formerly of Benton, IL, passed away at 8:45 a.m. Sunday, April 21, 2024, at the SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, April 26, 2024, at the Leffler Funeral Home of Benton, with Rev. Harol Whitlock officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Valley Cemetery of West End, Illinois, in Saline County. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon at the Leffler Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Joy Griffith to the Benton Ministerial Alliance Summer Lunch Program and will be accepted at the funeral home.
