Paul Galbraith, 58, of Marion was issued citations for Driving While License Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Expired Registration on Nov. 21, 2023 in the 2600 block of West DeYoung Street.
James Dyer, 29, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Nov. 21, 2023 in the 1300 block of East Main Street.
Deidre Behring, 45, of Marion was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Domestic Battery on Nov. 22, 2023 in the 800 block of Jodi Lane.
Misty Copher, 46, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property on Nov. 11, 2023 in the 800 block of West Main Street.
William Reed, 48, of Carterville was arrested for two counts of Retail Theft at Walmart on Nov. 22, 2023.
Amy Gray, 51, of Louisville, IL was arrested for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on Nov. 23, 2023 in the area of North Carbon Street and Princeton Avenue.
Henry Akins, 50, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on Nov. 24, 2023 in the 1000 block of North Van Buren Street.
Aniceto Salinas, 25, of St Louis, MO was arrested for Delivery of Methamphetamines on Nov. 24, 2023 on I-57.
Matthew Ahr, 46, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass to Property at Walmart on Nov. 24, 2023.
