BENTON – A missing Benton man may be in Carbondale. That’s according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office who has notified Carbondale Police and provided them with the man’s information.
Forty-two-year-old Michael D. Motsinger of Benton, who is mentally disabled, last spoke with his family Sunday, May 26, and has not had any contact with family since then. Motsinger is also a Registered Sexual Predator and is currently non-compliant in Franklin County.
