MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Friday, Oct. 27, 2023.
Sandra Cain, 44, of Marion was arrested for Domestic Battery on Oct. 23, 2023 in the 900 block of South Bentley Street.
John Veach, 57, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Railroad Property, Possession of Cannabis and Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer on Oct. 24, 2023 in the 100 block of North 4th Street.
John Higginbotham, III, 28, of Marion was arrested for Retail Theft at Walmart on Oct. 24, 2023.
Keyon Drain, 27, of Carbondale was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Firearm and Manufacture, Delivery, Possess with Intent to Deliver Cannabis on Oct. 25, 2023 in the area of South Vicksburg and West Main streets.
Brandon Wilhoit, 40, of Marion was arrested for Criminal Trespass to Property and Retail Theft at Walmart on Oct. 25, 2023.
Joshua Mueller, 42, of Marion was arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration for No Insurance on Oct. 25, 2023 in the area of West Cherry Street.
