INA – Illinois State Police say a semi with a car-hauler trailer was destroyed by fire Monday night on northbound I-57 near Ina.
The trailer had six Mercedes-Benz SUVs on it. They were all destroyed.
The semi driver was able to get out of the semi and reported no injuries.
Northbound I-57 was shut down for an hour while the fire was put out and vehicles removed.
ISP says there is no additional information.
