City of Carbondale Seeks Whereabouts of Two Juveniles

CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in locating two siblings: Nadine Adams, age 17, and Jesse Smith, age 12, of Carbondale. On March 24, 2026, at 11:27 p.m., officers learned Nadine and Jesse were last seen on March 24, 2026, at about 7:30 p.m. in the 400 block of South Emerald Street. Nadine is described as 5’00” tall, weighing 123 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes.  Jeese is described as 5’00” tall, weighing 100 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. There is no clothing description available. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the police department at the numbers listed below. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
