MARION – Lots of collegiate softball will happen this weekend as nine NCAA Division II programs will participate in the first Oasis Collegiate Classic at the Oasis Sports Complex in Marion.
The three-day event begins Friday and runs through Sunday. It will features programs from across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Kentucky, and Wisconsin, including nationally and regionally ranked teams.
Participating schools include:
• Ferris State (Big Rapids, MI)
• UIndy (Indianapolis, IN)
• UMSL (St. Louis, MO)
• McKendree (Lebanon, IL)
• Purdue Northwest (Hammond, IN)
• Kentucky Wesleyan (Owensboro, KY)
• Wisconsin-Parkside (Kenosha, WI)
• Grand Valley State (Allendale, MI)
• Lincoln University (Jefferson City, MO)
