CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale says due to improving weather conditions, it will resume late fees or penalties on water and sewer bills starting today.
Customers who may be affected are encouraged to review their account status as soon as possible.
The city suspended non-emergency water and sewer disconnects and issued no late fees or penalties on water and sewer bills due to the winter storm and low temperatures.
Payments can be made on the city’s website, using the dropbox anytime at City Hall, or in person at the Water Office inside City Hall weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
