CARMI – A Crossville man was arrested after Carmi Police found cannabis during a traffic stop on Elm and 6th Street Friday night.
Police say 46-year-old Danny L. Stephens was pulled over for not using a turn signal properly and for having an obstructed license plate. Police found a clear bag with cannabis and white papers with cannabis.
Stephens was arrested for Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle (Driver) and cited for Improper Turning Signal. He was released on a Notice to Appear.
