NEW HAVEN – Some stolen firearms taken from a September burglary have been recovered according to the White County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies learned about the stolen guns Friday. They were believed to be located along the riverbank near New Haven.
Thanks to the Shawneetown Dive Team, deputies recovered three guns from the river.
Sheriff Jordan Weiss thanked deputies for their hard work and dedication on this case and the Shawneetown Dive Team for their help with the recovery operation.
