CARTERVILLE – The City of Carterville has scheduled a water system outage starting Saturday night at 10. It’s expected to last about three hours and will affect all Carterville water customers.
A valve and water main replacement will be happening during the outage on Ridge Street.
When water service returns, the city will be under a boil water order until sometime Monday morning.
