SESSER – Lisa Michelle Curry, 63, of Sesser, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was born on March 29, 1962, in Christopher, IL, to Jerry and Sharon (Scott) Curry.
She is survived by her sisters, Regina Hammond of Creal Springs, IL, and Sherry (Larry) Kimmel of Creal Springs, IL; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and her best friend, Ann Dixon of Sesser.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ronnie Curry.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 4 p.m. at the Brayfield-Gilbert Funeral Home in Sesser, with Brother Larry Cook officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at 4 p.m. at the funeral home.
