SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Public Health released the first quarter report of nursing home violations for this year Wednesday and several nursing home facilities in our area are on the list.
Facilities in Carmi, Salem, Nashville, Energy, Carbondale, Jonesboro, Metropolis, Pinckneyville, West Frankfort and Mt. Vernon are mentioned in the report.
A total of 243 violation reports were completed during the first quarter of this year.
