CARMI – A woman was arrested on drug and motor vehicle charges Wednesday night in the Carmi Police Department parking lot.
Forty-six-year-old Rachel L. Masner of Bakersfield, CA, was stopped for driving with suspended registration. She was arrested and charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Registration is Suspended, Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of Property and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
She was booked into the White County Jail.
