MCLEANSBORO – Warren Stacy Johnson, age 63, of McLeansboro, IL, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Linda White Hospice Center in Evansville, IN. Warren was born March 13, 1962, in Eldorado, IL. He was a son of Franklin (Junior) and Helen Johnson.
Warren is survived by his sister, Pam Huggins and husband, Steve, of Branson, MO, Steve Johnson and wife, Debra, and Brent Johnson and wife, Michelle, of McLeansboro, IL. Also surviving are seven nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
When Warren was 19 years old, he suffered a traumatic brain injury in an accident. He lived with his parents assisting each other until their passing and will now rejoin them at Hickory Hill Cemetery in Broughton, IL, at 11 a.m., on June 2, 2025.
Visitation for Warren will be Monday, June 2, 2025, from 9 to 11 a.m., at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro, IL, with the funeral service following at 11 a.m. officiated by Pastor Roger Turner. Burial will follow in Hickory Hill Cemetery in Broughton, IL.
