CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale water office will be closed from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday for department wide training. In person payments and other services will not be available at this time.
Payments can be made in one of the following ways listed below:
Online Payment: Residents can pay utility bills at the City’s official website. Online services provide a secure and convenient option for bill payment.
Dropbox: A secure dropbox is available at Carbondale City Hall (200 S. Illinois Ave.) for residents to drop off their payments anytime, day or night.
In Person: Upon re-opening on Thursday, residents can pay utility bills in person at the Water Office located at Carbondale City Hall (200 S. Illinois Ave.) during regular business hours (Mon. – Fri. 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.).
