HARRISBURG – State Senator Dale Fowler is teaming up with State Representatives Paul Jacobs and Patrick Windhorst to invite residents to help spread kindness this Valentine’s Day through a Valentine’s for Seniors Card Drive.
The card drive encourages individuals, families, classrooms, churches, and community groups to create Valentine’s Day cards for seniors living in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout the region.
Valentine’s Day cards may be dropped off at Sen. Fowler’s office on North Vine in Harrisburg, Rep. Jacobs’ office on Halfway Road in Marion and at Rep. Windhorst’s office on East Clark Street in West Frankfort by Feb. 6.
Cards collected through the drive will be delivered to senior care facilities across the district.
