BENTON – The Benton Consolidated High School family is mourning the loss of 17-year-old Blaine Baseden.
Baseden was a junior at the high school. He died in an automobile crash on Dec. 20 on Rend City Road near Keller Mine Road in Franklin County.
School officials say when school resumes on Jan. 7, counseling and support staff will be available in the library and student services for any student or staff member needing a place to talk or process this loss.
