Williamson County Deputies Recover Stolen Property, Arrest Suspect

MARION – A burglary and theft investigation in Williamson County ends with the suspect’s arrest for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and Theft.

According to the sheriff’s office, Terry W. Pulliam was cited for his offenses and taken to the county jail.

On Nov. 25, deputies went to a home on Peach Lane regarding a reported burglary. The reporting party said the home belonged to his late father and had not been checked for a month. Deputies found evidence of forced entry including a removed kitchen window and an open front door. A detached shed had also been entered.

During the initial investigation, it was determined that multiple items had been stolen including a motorcycle, a water heater and a wood stove.

Then on Dec. 23, deputies went to a home on Mallard Lane for a property retrieval related to an eviction. A motorcycle matching the description of the one stolen was seen inside a garage. Deputies found the VIN number had been altered and confirmed it was the stolen motorcycle. It was recovered and secured for further investigation.
