CARBONDALE – Carbondale Police are looking for suspects involved in two business burglaries early Sunday morning.
Officers responded around 2:55 a.m. to a business alarm in the 900 block of West Main Street. They saw where the suspects forced their way inside the business causing damage and stole property. Thanks to a K-9 track, officers learned the suspects left the store going north on North Oakland Avenue.
Then at 4:23 a.m., officers responded to another business burglary in the 500 block of East Main Street. They learned that three suspects, wearing black clothing and white masks, caused damage to the business in an attempt to break in. They left on foot going west.
At this point in the investigation, police say both incidents appear to be related.
