BENTON – As of today, all communications center services previously handled by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and Central Dispatch of West Franklin County will now be managed by the Franklin County Office of Emergency Management & Communications.
You should call 911 for emergency assistance.
For non-emergency assistance, call the OEMC Communications Center at 618-439-4362 and select Option 1.
To reach the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, please continue to call 618-438-4841.
You can also continue to call all previous phone numbers for Central Dispatch & Benton Police and your call will be directed to the OEMC.
