HERRIN – Herrin Police arrested a man Thursday charging him with three counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child and three counts of grooming following an investigation by Herrin detectives.
Sixty-one-year-old Charles Maynard was booked into the Williamson County Jail.
Herrin Police thank the Williamson-Franklin County Child Advocacy Center, the Williamson County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Department of Children and Family Services for their help and collaboration throughout this case.
Police say any further information will be released as it becomes available.
