MCLEANSBORO – Hamilton Memorial Hospital District (HMHD) is proud to announce that it has been awarded an Honorable Mention for Quality Achievement at the 2024 Illinois Rural Community Care Organization (IRCCO) Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Conference.
This recognition is especially significant as 2024 marks Hamilton Memorial Hospital’s first year participating in the ACO program. Competing among established healthcare organizations across Illinois, HMHD’s early success underscores its strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, even in the unique setting of a rural, critical access hospital.

A special presentation took place on Wednesday, November 6, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hamilton Memorial Hospital Lobby.
