ANNA – Work on the I-57 concrete overlay project in Union and Johnson counties will require an 18-day closure of Lick Creek Road at the I-57 interchange starting at 5 a.m. Monday, weather permitting, according to IDOT.
Northbound and southbound entrance and exit ramps at the Lick Creek interchange will also be closed during this time. The road is set to reopen at 7 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 21.
The closure is necessary to allow crews to replace the existing pavement on Lick Creek Road.
You should seek other routes during the closure.
