HERRIN – Traffic on Rushing Drive, from Tipp Drive to Ritter Road in Herrin, will be down to one lane weekdays, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., beginning Thursday for roadway construction according to the Herrin Public Works Department. It will remain this way until further notice.
