CARBONDALE – A man is facing charges after he allegedly battered and threatened a victim with a gun inside their home in the 300 block of West College Street in Carbondale late Thursday night.
According to Carbondale Police, 32-year-old Seth L. Creasy-Constatine of Carbondale is charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon. He is lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
The victim told police what happened. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives obtained search and arrest warrants for Creasy-Constantine. He was arrested after he left the home on foot. While serving a search warrant at the home, officers found a firearm.
