MARION – Southbound I-57 between exits 40 and 45 in Williamson County will close tonight at 7 for emergency pavement repairs.
According to IDOT, repairs are expected to be finished with all lanes reopening by 12 a.m. Wednesday.
Traffic on southbound I-57 will detour onto eastbound I-24 to exit 16 south of Marion. Northbound I-57 traffic will stay open.
