MARION — Deaconess Illinois Medical Center is proud to announce its upcoming Community Health Resource Fair, taking place on Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the ground floor classrooms of the medical center, located at 3333 W. DeYoung St. in Marion
This free event is open to adults and caregivers of all ages and aims to connect patients and community members with vital health and wellness resources they may not be familiar with. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics and services, including heart disease screening test, senior activity opportunities, hospice and palliative care information, senior living solutions, mental health support services, housing and long-term care options, and much more.
Local organizations and healthcare professionals will be on hand to share information, answer questions, and provide guidance on how to access these valuable services.
