Marion Police Launch Voluntary Camera Registry to Boost Community Safety

MARION – The Marion Police Department is launching a new public safety program that will give you an opportunity to participate and help keep your community safe.

Through the Flock Safety program, you will be able to register your home and/or business surveillance cameras.

Police will be able to use your contact information after your register to request potential video evidence of crimes that have happened near your home or business.

Camera registration is voluntary, fast, easy, and free.  Your privacy is important. The camera registry will only be accessible to the Marion Police Department.
