MCLEANSBORO/NORRIS CITY – A burn ban is now in place in Hamilton County according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office and County Board.
No open burning will be allowed until further notice.
The Norris City Fire Protection District issued a burn ban Wednesday for the Village of Norris City due to extreme dry vegetation and the ongoing harvest.
