WEST FRANKFORT – Tammie Lynne Kirkpatrick, 61, of West Frankfort, Illinois, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Herrin Hospital at 6:46 a.m.
Tammie was born June 2, 1964, in Illinois to Thomas H. and Karole (Cade) Gunter. She loved her grandchildren and horses.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and her mother.
Tammie is survived by her father, Thomas Gunter; son, Erik (Lindsey) Gunter; brother, Tom (Robin) Gunter; and seven grandchildren: Christian, Katrianna, Cadence, Ronhan, Cain, Calvin, and Eli.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort, Illinois.
Visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service.
