WEST FRANKFORT – The City of West Frankfort will be offering you a chance to get a lottery duck blind at the Old City Lake.
You must be a current West Frankfort city water customer in order to be eligible for the drawing.
A meeting and the drawing will be held Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 6 p.m. at City Hall.
You must be present at the meeting if you wish to draw for a blind.
