VIENNA – Arrowleaf has been awarded a $7,500 grant from the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation to support its two Client Choice Food Pantries located in Vienna and Cairo.
This funding will help ensure that families across Southern Illinois have consistent access to fresh, nutritious food while maintaining the dignity of choosing items that best suit their household needs. With the Foundation’s support, Arrowleaf will be able to serve more individuals, reduce food insecurity, and continue strengthening communities across the region.
The grant is part of the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation’s 2024–2025 fiscal year giving (June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025), during which the organization awarded $300,000 to 36 organizations across the U.S. and Canada working to combat hunger. Since 2017, the Foundation has contributed more than $2 million toward hunger relief efforts throughout North America.
