JONESBORO – One person was injured and taken to an area hospital after they hit a deer with their SUV and ran off the roadway on Illinois 127 south of Five Points Lane in Jonesboro around 8:15 Saturday night.
According to Illinois State Police, the roadway was closed while the vehicle was removed. It reopened at 10 p.m.
ISP says no further information is available.
