BENTON – A Benton man has been arrested for alleged sex offenses against a juvenile.
Franklin County Sheriff Kyle Bacon says the sheriff’s office learned about the allegations on July 5 and an investigation began.
Deputies executed an arrest warrant Friday and took 34-year-old Brian S. Davis into custody charging him with three counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child, four counts of Child Pornography and five counts of Criminal Sexual Assault. He was booked into the Franklin County Jail.
Online court records show a preliminary hearing for Harris is set for Wednesday, Aug. 20 at 1 p.m. in Franklin County Court.
