ANNA – Anna Police and other Union County emergency responders rescued a driver trapped in their vehicle by a flash flood Sunday night.
Police remind you that during this unusually wet weather pattern, please be careful in low-lying areas without adequate lighting. Just remember, flash floods happen quickly and without warning. Please be safe in your travels.
