ANNA – A 27-year-old man was killed after being hit by a train early Sunday morning in Anna.
The Union County Coroner’s office says no autopsy will be done on Alan Casey, but a toxicology screen will be done.
The Union County Sheriff’s Office reported that the railroad crossings at Brady Mill Road and Sadler Road were closed due to the train blocking the crossings. Driver were asked to take other routes.
