MARION – Preliminary hearings have been set for two men who allegedly murdered Richard Frank John Hernandez recently at an abandoned home in the 8000 block of Chittyville Road in Williamson County.
According to court records, Anthony R. Henderson and Wyatt P. Holland will be in Williamson County Court on Aug. 1 at 10:30 a.m.
Both men are charged with First-degree Murder in the shooting death of Hernandez. The Williamson County State’s Attorney’s office charged both men Wednesday. They were arrested for Armed Robbery in an unrelated case on July 3 and charged with that offense on July 5.
An autopsy done on July 1 showed Hernandez sustained several gunshot wounds at the home. Williamson County Sheriff’s deputies found Hernandez dead inside on June 30 after responding to a report of a body found at the home.
