CARBONDALE – Little Egypt Pediatric Dentistry will hold its Free Kids Dental Day Saturday, from 8 a.m. to noon, at its location on North Cedar Court in Carbondale.
Complimentary dental exams and X-rays will be done at no charge, catering primarily to children facing barriers to affordable care.
Services will be available to the first 50 children, ages 12 and under, on a first-come, first-served basis. Urgent dental needs identified during exams will be addressed immediately with additional treatments potentially scheduled for a later date during regular office hours.
There will also be a bounce house, sidewalk chalk party and cool treats like popsicles and ice cream for kids during the event.
