ANNA – An Anna man is facing one felony count of Aggravated Domestic Battery and two misdemeanor counts of Domestic Battery after being arrested without incident Monday after voluntarily turning himself in at the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
John Adam Tripp appeared in Union County Court Wednesday and was granted pretrial release pursuant to the SAFE-T Act. Tripp can’t have any contact with the victim and witnesses, will be under strict home confinement wearing an ankle monitor, will not be allowed to consume any illicit substances and alcohol, must submit to a mental health evaluation and substance abuse treatment if recommended and surrender all firearms.
The victim has been engaged in support services with the Union County and Pulaski County Crime Victim’s Advocate Office.
