VIENNA – The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents about a spoofing scam where someone is using the sheriff’s office phone number to contact them about a warrant for their arrest and that they need to post bond.
Officials say they will never call you about this.
If you receive a call, hang up and call the sheriff’s office immediately.
