CARMI – A Carmi woman was arrested by Carmi Police at a traffic stop on 9th and Main Friday afternoon after they saw her driving on Fairground Road knowing her driver’s license was suspended.
Police say after confirming her license was suspended, 18-year-old Addison R. Wilder was arrested for driving suspended. She was taken to the White County Jail and received citations for driving suspended and failing to notify the Secretary of State’s office of an address change. Wilder also received a city ordinance citation for possessing an alternative nicotine device under 21. She was released pending a court appearance.
