PITTSBURG – A man was cited for Aggravated Battery and Violation of Pre-trial Release after allegedly causing a disturbance at Big Daddy’s Liquor and Fuel in Pittsburg last Wednesday according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived just before 10:30 a.m. and found an employee restraining Frank M. Walker on the ground. Walker was taken into custody after both store employees said he was loitering outside and being disorderly before walking into the store and striking one of them several times after being reminded he was not welcome there.
A second employee witnessed Walker strike the clerk repeatedly and then took action by restraining him on the ground in order to prevent further injury.
Walker was taken to and lodged in the Williamson County Jail.
