UPDATE: The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reports that Daniel Hobbs has been arrested.

BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office released the following warrant information on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
Thirty-five-year-old Daniel S. Hobbs is wanted out of Franklin County for Violation of Conditions of Pretrial Release. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.
Forty-two-year-old Cristi S. Pankey is wanted out of Franklin County for Burglary. She was last known to be living in the West Frankfort area.
Thirty-four-year-old Shane M. Tate is wanted out of Franklin County for Possession of Methamphetamine. He was last known to be living in the Benton area.
If you see any of these subjects, please do not approach them as some could be considered armed and/or dangerous.
