CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale is asking residents who have placed ground level decorations at Oakland Cemetery to remove those items by 7 a.m. Monday so cemetery mowing can be done.
All in-ground vases will be turned down at that time and those arrangements remaining will be removed and disposed of by cemetery personnel.
