According to the sheriff’s office, this all happened around 2:10 p.m. on Sunday, April 20.

Witnesses told deputies after looking at video that captured the incident that two juveniles were walking down the road when the suspect, Frank Walker, became hostile and confronted a 14-year-old and his cousin.

The video showed Walker striking the juvenile in the face, pulling him to the ground and choking him. Deputies saw red marks on the juvenile’s face and neck. Deputies spoke to Walker, who confirmed the incident. Walker said he thought the juvenile was over 18 years of age.

Walker was then arrested, charged and lodged in the Williamson County Jail.
