MCLEANSBORO – Lena Faye Daily, age 84, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.
Lena was born August 27, 1940, in McLeansboro, IL. She was a daughter of Henry Seng and Dorothy Seng. Lena was a homemaker and loved to quilt, crochet, sew and read. She also enjoyed cooking when she was able. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro, IL, with the funeral following at 1 p.m. Jacob Gray will conduct the service with burial following in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in McLeansboro, IL.
Survivors include her children, Daniel Dale and husband, James, Harrisburg, IL, Becky Purcell and husband, Ralph, Bridgeton, MO, and Kim Hutchcraft and husband, Jay, Benton, IL; and grandchildren, Andrew Purcell, Hannah Cain, Amie Hees, Amanda Hughes, Marcus Hutchcraft, Morgan Hutchcraft, Jesse Dale, Lucas Dale and Clint Mosby. Also 13 great-grandchildren survive along with a brother, Robert Isenberg, Maine, and a daughter-in-law, Linda Dale, McLeansboro, IL.
Lena was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Brue Dale.
Memorials may be made to Linda E. White Hospice House, Evansville, IN, and will be accepted at Harre Funeral Home, who is in charge of all arrangements.
