MT. VERNON – Asphalt paving begins Thursday, weather permitting, on 11th Street in Mt. Vernon.
The street will be closed to all traffic from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Paving will cover 11th Street from Salem Road to Oakland Avenue. No street parking will be permitted. Residents should park on adjacent streets.
