According to the Illinois Lottery, the winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, won $1 million after scratching an Illinois
Lottery Instant Ticket. The winning ticket was sold at a Circle K gas station and convenience store in Mt. Vernon.
Plans for the cool million include buying a new house and generosity with family.
