BENTON – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office needs your help locating a missing Benton man.
According to the sheriff’s office, 42-year-old Michael D. Motsinger, who is mentally disabled, last spoke with family Sunday and has not had any contact with family since then. Motsinger is also a Registered Sexual Predator and is currently non-compliant in Franklin County.
